乾眼症

乾眼症的治療

乾眼症是常見的眼科疾病,指淚液的薄膜不足以使眼球表面維持濕潤而導致眼睛乾燥、不適的情形。

治療方向會以淚液成份為主。

加強滋潤及藥物治療

治療的方法有許多種,包括人工淚液、抗發炎藥物、抗生素、自體血清等。根據病患的病因與嚴重程度,醫師會選擇適合的治療方式。

非藥物治療

加強眼部熱敷、清潔、淚點塞等。
進階治療:脈衝光治療

居家自我保健

眨眼運動

閉眼2秒、閉雙眼2秒、睜眼2秒,每天重複至少3至5次。

定期熱敷

使用熱毛巾熱敷眼皮12分鐘,可以使眼睛附近腺體更有效率的分泌油脂,對於合併眼瞼炎患者尤其有效。

保持眼瞼清潔

以溫和、釋過的嬰兒洗髮精或眼瞼專用清潔液清潔眼瞼,避免多餘的油脂、灰塵與細菌堆積。

少菸酒多睡眠

增加睡眠時間、減少吸菸與喝酒頻率並保持身心健康,良好的生活習慣將有助於乾眼症的改善。

多食用富含維生素A、D的食物

研究指出維生素A與D的缺乏與乾眼症產生有關,可多補充含此類營養素的食物或保健食品。

多食用富含Omega-3的食物

最佳來源為鮭魚、魚、沙丁魚、魚等,也可選擇植物來源的Omea-3,如:堅果類、植物油、豆漿與豆類製品。
