傳統老花雷射
(Monovision)

這種方式通常在一隻眼睛近視（2~300度），另一隻眼睛看遠，以達到可同時看遠和看近的效果。然而，一些人可能需要一段時間來適應這種不同的度數。

光學景深說明

睫狀肌的功能如同相機有自動對焦的功能。因為年紀睫狀肌功能退化了，看近無法再以肌肉收縮的「自動對焦」功能，需要以眼鏡作為輔助，我們俗稱為「老花眼」。

裸視美LBV以光學原理，製造「球面相差」的方式來製造景深，取代傳統留 300度的方式。

（中圖）「球面相差」的方式來延長焦段（製造景深），使得能見的影響拉長了，開始逐漸能看見後方的樹木。

角膜雷射術式蔡司MEL90
雙眼融像老花雷射

MEL90能夠精確、快速矯正近視、遠視和散光，同時把角膜Q值優化到-0.25, 充分考慮角膜的非球面性，減少手術本身引起的球差增加。然而傳統的老花雷射，仍有存在模糊區的問題，因此蔡司在新型機台MEL90，針對這個問題改良新版本：【ZEISS LBV】透過讓雙眼景深強化，補足了以往模糊區的不足，讓整體老花雷射治療效果更理想，幫助您找回原本清晰的視野！
