PRK

（表面視力矯正術）

-PRK是一種表面性手術，通過去除角膜表面的上皮層來進行矯正。手術期間，角膜上的上皮層會被輕輕刮除或溶解。雷射將在裸露的角膜上進行矯正，以改變其曲率，從而矯正近視。
PRK的康復過程較長，可能需要幾週才能達到最佳視力。

LASIK

（角膜瓣手術）

LASIK是一種通過在角膜上創建一個薄瓣，然後使用雷射進行矯正的手術。在手術期間，醫生會使用一個微型角膜切割器創建一個薄瓣，然後將其掀開。接著，使用雷射對裸露的角膜進行矯正，然後再將角膜瓣輕輕放回原位。
LASIK手術的恢復時間相對較快，通常幾天內就能達到較好的視力。

全飛秒微創近視雷射

(SMILE、ATOS)

一種最新的雷射矯正手術，比PRK和LASIK更為微創。手術期間，醫生使用全飛秒雷射在角膜內部創建一個小切口，並通過這個切口將裸露的組織切除。這種手術不需要創建角膜瓣，因此恢復時間相對較快，全飛秒微創近視雷射還具有保留角膜結構的優勢，因此對於一些特定情況的患者可能更適合。
