傳統的白內障手術,以及較新的小切口白內障手術,為了達到小切口的目的,必需使用特殊的機械才能將白內障取出。

*白內障手術一生僅有一次(人工水晶體不做更換 )
依照生活、工作需求,選擇:
- 單焦-僅單一焦距 (看遠清楚,看近需眼鏡輔助) 。
- 延焦-單焦的延伸 (可以多看到中近的距離,可減少眼鏡依賴)。
- 長焦、多焦、三焦點-強調遠中近都有需求。
- 散光-矯正散光,減少散光造成的視覺品質干擾。

- 以電腦執行高精準正圓切口製作,使人工水晶體植入的位置更準確。雷射系統預先把白內障軟化分割成小塊,使取出更快更容易減低手術對眼組織的影響。

白內障手術須知
術前
- 若患有全身性疾病,例如: 糖尿病、高血壓,開刀當日仍須正常服藥
- 血糖需控制在200以下
- 手術前不宜涉攝入太多水份,避免手術時有漲尿的感覺
- 不需禁食,手術前請先正常飲食
- 手術前三天請先開始點藥,一天四次
- 因術後清潔不方便,建議術前盥洗,手術當天不上妝、保養品等
術後
- 術後當天不點藥
- 接受手術後,於隔日 _______ 至診間報到換藥
- 按時點藥,手洗乾淨後,點用每種藥物時,一次只點一滴需間隔5分鐘使用
- 每日換藥: 一份紗布跟一份眼蓋,以膠布黏貼,鐵蓋尖端朝下
- 鐵蓋每天以酒精棉片消毒
- 睡覺時需蓋鐵蓋約兩星期,避免睡覺時無意識地搓揉或壓迫眼睛
- 術後兩星期內,洗臉以專門的清潔棉片清潔,洗頭時要避免水進入眼睛(仰臥由他人幫忙清洗),避免低頭、彎腰或提重物(超過2公斤),以利傷口癒合
- 若有眼睛刺痛或突然視力模糊的現象,請立刻回診
- 換藥需自行準備: (1) 2×2紗布 三天份 (2) 膠布
